Back in Muenster - I brought some nice weather. The more or less detailed Brixlegg-Marseille diary will be up soon, I have to scan all the pictures first though.
Something lives inside my G4. Every day another key is kind of blocked. Yesterday it was the O-Umlaut (can’t type that here), today it’s the dot. Feels like something is sticking underneath, but there’s nothing. Whatever. It’s good to be back with the babe, but it won’t be for long. Etnies European Open Munich this weekend, and the week after that same deal in Stavanger, Norway. It doesn’t become boring, but it doesn’t help me finding a place in Hamburg either.
Greetings from beautiful, sunny Marseille. 30°C - I will not spend a lot of time in some Inet-Cafe… Details of the tour next week.
Cheers!
Whoa… Haven’t been here in a while. Muenster held the “”Meeting Of Styles”" on the weekend. The whole thing went down at the Skater’s Palace, and I shot something like 350 pictures of graffiti-artists and their works. Oh, some breakdancing and rappers, to
Hamburg is so hot right now. Seriously. Lots of sun. We’re using this for extended walks through the city, still searching for a place to move all my stuff and myself into. Travelling up and down the river Elbe on boats that work like buses a lot. I can feel Turbonegro and roughly 20 kilometers of walking…
We’ll look at a couple houses, lofts and flats before going back to Muenster on wednesday evening. We’ll miss out on Fettes Brot (wednesday, Schauspielhaus) and Common (friday, Glashütte), but Muenster features some Battle Of The Year Action this weekend - should be nice and photogenic, too.
Did you know that in Estonia, they have free wireless LAN access almost everywhere? This fact alone sounds tempting, doesn’t it?
Went and saw Turbonegro in Hamburg tonight. Haven’t been to a Rock’n'Roll show in a while - this one was a BLAST! Thanks, Nick!
Hamburg… My man Danny is MIA, it’s windy and rainy and when we arrived last night the city was packed with cops - St. Pauli soccer standarts.
Titus called yesterday - I had been waiting for that call. He was pretty relaxed and friendly and asked me to send any criticism directly to his hands (he wasn’t sure what the whole shebang was all about, as he didn’t read the posts in that forum, nor this diary). On the one hand I enjoy the fact of having his full attention, on the other hand I’d feel like a cheater if I couldn’t confront culprits directly and in front of everybody (which - as I like to think - is a bigger motivation for them to do a proper job). Anyway, he kindly asked me not to take part in any discussions on his Staff-Pages anymore, and I’ll oblige to that. I doubt that he’ll be too happy with the mail he is about to get…
These were a couple of really funny days… Seems like I started a pretty hefty Bockwurst-Discussion over at Titus, I just hope it doesn’t fade away but actually provokes a couple of changes. Anyway, the most feedback I got for being almost too honest was
